Seasonal Prices
All prices shown are for the house per week, for up to 6 occupants, and includes all utilities/ fire-wood/ bar-b-q charcoal/cleaning etc. Second consecutive week will attract a 5% reduction on weekly rate. A 25% deposit secures the booking, with the balance payable 8 weeks in advance of the due arrival date.

Booking Notes
All bed linen and towels are included. Guests may provide their own if they wish and price reduced accordingly. Welcome pack of essentials (+ one or two treats!) provided. Cleaning materials, bin liners etc provided.
Changeover day
Changeover (depart by 1100 arrive 1600 earliest). Normally Saturday though maybe flexible.
