Bedrooms	Bedrooms 1 & 2 have double beds. At the rear of the house with views to the church Bedroom 3 has bunk beds and 2 single beds. Overlooking front courtyard. Cooling fans provided.
Bathroom	Upstairs with wc and shower/cabine. Wash-hand basin.
Kitchen	Kitchen/dining area. Exposed beams. Gas oven, microwave. Large fridge/freezer. Washing machine. Iron & board. Wall heaters.
Living room	Living room with original beams and large wood burner (logs supplied). CD/DVD player. No TV.
Outside	Rear: Secluded yard. Dining table & chairs. Weber bar-b-q. 4 bicycles.Front: Communal courtyard.
Cleaning/towels/linen	All bed linen and towels are included. Guests may provide their own if they wish and price reduced accordingly. Welcome pack of essentials (+ one or two treats!) provided. Cleaning materials, bin liners etc provided.

The house is cleaned prior to your arrival and we ask that you leave it clean and tidy on your departure. Sorry no smoking or pets.

There are no wc facilities on the ground floor. Access to the upper floor is via a wooden staircase.
